New Cancellation Policy
Salon & spa services you select are reserved especially for you. In fairness to our guest & staff, for cancellations please call a minimum of 24 hours for a single service & 48 hours for multiple services and or packages.
Credit card holds are required for 3 or more services. Fifty percent of the value of the scheduled services will be charged for all un-cancelled appointments Services that begin late will finish on time so that the next guest is not delayed.
Gift Cards and Complementary Gift Boxes for any dollar amount.
